⚠️ Restoring factory settings will erase all device data and cannot be undone.
Erase via Button (Firmware Version 1.8.24 or later)
Start Erase (first long press): Press and hold the button on the back of the device for more than 10 seconds, then release. The display will refresh and show a confirmation
Confirm Erase (second long press): Press and hold the button again for 10 seconds, then release. The display will refresh and the erase process will begin.
Erase Process: The device will start erasing data, and all data on the device will be permanently deleted. Do not perform any other operations during this process.
Erase Complete: When the display refreshes and shows the factory default page, the erase is complete and the device will automatically enter Sleep Mode.
Note: the device card in the mobile app won’t be removed automatically — it needs to be deleted manually.
Erase via Mobile App
Start Erase: On the device details page in the app, tap the Erase All Data button.
Erase Process: The data erasing process will begin, and all device data will be permanently erased. Do not perform any other operations during this process.
Erase Complete: When the display refreshes to the factory default page, the process is complete, and the device will automatically enter Sleep Mode.
