Device Status
Wake Up: Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled. The device can be connected via the app.
Sleep: Bluetooth remains enabled, Wi-Fi is disabled. The device can be automatically woken up and connected via the app.
Power Off: Both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are disabled. The device cannot be connected via the app and requires a short press of the button to wake up.
⚠️ When sleeped or powered off, the image will remain on the display. Holding the button will not clear the display.
Button Operations
Short press (1s):
If the device is awake, it will switch to sleep, and the buzzer will beep twice in succession.
If the device is in sleep, it will wake up, the buzzer will beep four times in succession, and the display will refresh the image.
If the device is powered off, it will wake up, the buzzer will beep four times in succession, and the display will refresh the image.
Long press (5s):
The device will power off, and the buzzer will beep four times in succession.
Long press (10s): (Supported on firmware version 1.8.24 or later)
After the first 10-second long press and release, the device will enter the “Erase All Data” confirmation display.
On the confirmation display, after a second 10-second long press and release, the device will erase all data and restore factory settings. Do not perform any other operations during this process.
When the display refreshes to the factory default page, the erase is complete and the device will automatically enter Sleep Mode.
Buzzer
Buzzer sound:
Four beeps in succession (rising pitch): The device is waking up.
Two beeps in succession: The device is entering Sleep Mode.
Four beeps in succession (falling pitch): The device is powering off.
Three beeps in succession: The device has low battery and should be charged soon.
If you want to turn off the buzzer sound for scheduled auto wake/sleep or when waking the device via mobile or desktop app, you can connect to the device and disable it in Settings.
Note: the buzzer cannot be disabled for physical button operations. This is to provide immediate feedback that your button press has taken effect.
Charging the Device
- During charging, the indicator light is red.
- When fully charged, the indicator light turns green.
Reset
Use a fine pin to press the Reset button for 1 second. The device will force restart, the buzzer will beep four times in succession, and the display will refresh.
Note: Do not long-press or press the Reset button repeatedly.
