30-Day Hassle-Free Return (Non-Defective Items Only)
Within 30 days of receiving the product, you may request a return if you no longer want it for personal reasons.
Return eligibility requirements
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
The product has not been activated, or it has been restored to factory settings
No signs of human-caused damage and no water damage
All accessories and original packaging are included
The product remains in resale-ready condition (no condition issues affecting resale)
Factory Reset Requirement- If the device has been activated, it must be erased and restored to factory settings before being returned.

Important notes
For returns not due to quality issues, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the warehouse inspection is completed and approved
7-Day DOA (Dead on Arrival) Replacement Policy
If the product develops a non-human-caused functional failure within 7 days after delivery confirmation, you may apply for a free replacement.
BLOOMIN8 will:
Cover round-trip shipping costs
Provide a brand-new replacement unit of the same model
1-Year Limited Warranty (Quality-Related Issues)
Within 1 year from the first activation date or delivery confirmation (whichever applies), you are entitled to a limited warranty for quality issues caused by non-human factors, including:
Free repair or replacement of core components
If repair is not possible, we will replace it with a product of the same or equivalent model
We will cover reasonable shipping costs related to warranty service
Not covered under warranty
Damage caused by dropping, crushing, or water exposure
Unauthorized disassembly or modification
Improper power supply usage
Damage caused by non-official or third-party accessories
Return Process
To initiate a return or warranty request, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our official support team by email at support@bloomin8.com
- Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue
- Please include supporting photos (and videos if applicable) to help us better understand the problem
- Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions
- Once approved, please ship the product to the designated return address
- After warehouse inspection, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly
