Activation Process
If you can’t find a Wi-Fi network or the connection times out during device activation, possible reasons include:
The device only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. If the connection times out, try enabling the 2.4 GHz network in your router settings.
The device may be too far from the router. Please move it closer and try again.
The battery level may be low. Please charge the device and try again.
Daily use after activation
To maximize battery life, the device usually goes into sleep mode when idle. Opening the app will automatically wake it up, which normally takes around 10 seconds.
If the device still doesn’t connect after a long time, possible reasons include:
The phone/computer and the device are not on the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
The app doesn’t have the required permissions enabled:
iOS: Bluetooth, Local Network
Android: Bluetooth, Nearby Devices
The device is out of power (the top-right corner of the screen usually shows “No battery”).
The device isn’t running the latest firmware.
The app isn’t up to date.
The phone/computer is too far from the device (more than 10 meters).
The device cannot be connected by both phone and computer at the same time.
The device is powered off. Please press the button on the back of the device for 1 second to wake it up.
