The device charges via USB-C.
- While charging, the light on the back stays red.
- When it’s fully charged, the light will turn green or turn off (depending on the power adapter you’re using).
Why does the charging indicator stay red?
Some charging adapters may not charge the device properly.
Please try using a different charging adapter.(If you have an iphone charging adapter, we recommend using that one.)
