Does this product need to be connected to the internet, or can it be used offline?
We support two ways to use the device: a mobile app and a desktop app. The mobile app requires an internet connection and access to our cloud server, while the desktop app works without internet and only needs your local network.

Does the device support Bluetooth?
Bluetooth is only used during device activation and wake-up. Image transfers are still handled over Wi-Fi to ensure fast and stable performance.
Can the device work without Wi-Fi?
When changing the image on the device, it needs to be connected to Wi-Fi to transfer the new picture.
When the device is idle while displaying an image, it will enter sleep mode and turn off Wi-Fi to maintain low power consumption.
